Management team

Under the leadership of its co-founders Yseulys Costes and Thibaut Munier, the 1000mercis team is divided into 4 clusters: Marketing, Web Development/networks and databases, graphics and statistics. A team of specialised project managers manages the coordination between the 4 clusters. This close-knit team has built up considerable expertise and regularly adds in new talents. Yseulys Costes
Yseulys Costes, Chief Executive Officer CEO and founder of 1000mercis Group, Yseulys Costes is a graduate of the "Magistère de Sciences de Gestion" and has a Master in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Paris IX Dauphine. She discovered the internet in 1995 while studying for an MBA at the Robert O. Anderson School, USA. As a researcher in interactive marketing, she is a guest lecturer at Harvard University and teaches Interactive Marketing at several prestigious institutions such as HEC, ESSEC and University Paris-Dauphine. Yseulys is the authour of numerous books and articles on online marketing and databases and also spent two years as the coordinator for the IAB France before founding 1000mercis in February 2000.
Yseulys Costes is a board member of the PPR and the "Comité d'Orientation Stratégique du FSI"
Thibaut Munier
Thibaut Munier - Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer of 1000mercis Group, Thibaut Munier is a graduate of Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Lyon, he has a Master of Marketing and Strategy from the University of Paris Dauphine and an MBA from the University of Austin, Texas, USA. Previously in charge of clients data mining as head of Relationship Marketing R&D for Air France, he coordinated from 1998 to 2000 the deisng and implementation of direct marketing campaigns conducted with members of the programme "Fréquence Plus", both online and in traditional media. Specialist in quantitative marketing, he also conducted research in the Marketing Research Center at the University Paris IX Dauphine and is the author of several publications.
Thibaut Munier is a member of the "Conseil d'Administration de Renaissance Numérique".
